We blend our client’s wishes with the natural environment to create a truly unique and custom home. We are on site through every step of the process to control the quality of workmanship and ensure all aspects of construction are completed efficiently. We take a personalized approach to ensure our clients have regular updates and a clear understanding of the process involved throughout the build.

Boa Construction has over 40 years of experience in renovations, additions, building re-designs and commercial projects. We also build coach houses for clients, whether they want separate accommodation, music/art studios, or home offices. We take the approach of working with the existing structure to evolve the design while maintaining the original character. Throughout the entire project we work closely with our clients and are committed to have the build come in on time and budget. Our subtrades are highly skilled and chosen for their professionalism and reliability. Boa has excellent suppliers that we have had a long association with and are able to offer our clients our cost on all materials.

Boa Construction provides separate services for clients in project management, consulting, estimating and inspections.
We provide Project Management and Supervision for new construction, additions and renovations to assure that construction runs efficiently. Boa offers consulting and advise on the building process to enable clients to make informed decisions on the viability of a project. We also offer an inspection service from a builder’s perspective for clients and will provide a detailed inspection report.
